A way to get a super cheap car is always by browsing the used/salvage car market. The Salvage market sells cars that have been totaled some way or another and requires repair in order to be able to be street legal again. Sometimes you can buy these super cheap cars and fix them for less than ten thousand, and BAM you have a car that could be worth double even tripple what you bought the car for originally.
